The terms and conditions of this Sale Agreement are subject to change without prior notice, except that the terms and conditions posted on the Site at the time the Customer initially places or modifies an order will govern the order in question.

2. Basic Conditions of Purchase at Buycheapsoft website

2.1. You are using our service to create a archive copy of the software you own.

2.2. You DO NOT receive a copy of the software on a disk; The software is delivered electronically via download;

2.3. You DO NOT receive printed documentation of license;

2.4. You CANNOT register the software with the manufacturer;

2.5. You will thoroughly follow the downloading and installation instructions;

2.6. Buycheapsoft will assist you with download and install issues. We will not provide technical support after the software program has been successfully downloaded and installed; neither will the manufacturer of the software.

3. Downloading of Software and Activation

3.1. You are entitled to redownload the software purchased for an undisclosed period of time at our discretion.

3.2. Verification of purchase must be provided upon request for redownloading or activation. eg. NAME.

4. Terms of Softwares Use

4.1. You are not permitted to duplicate or illegally distribute any software purchased from Buycheapsoft. You agree to abide by the End User License Agreement contained within those products.

You assume full responsibility for complying with all copyright laws. All products offered by Buycheapsoft are fully compliant with sec. 117 of the US copyright laws. You understand that in order for Buycheapsoft to make you a copy of any software, you acknowledge that you are the legal owner of this same software, and are looking to just make a new copy for archival (backup) purposes only. You also agree to destroy all copies of the software in the event it is ever no longer voluntarily in your possession.

You understand that only the licensed owner (with a valid serial number, where applicable) of the various software found on Buycheapsoft may use the services located here. You also acknowledge that the software you have was obtained legally and that you have the legal right to request this backup copy to be made. If you obtained your version though any other means, including any pirated versions, or if you do not already legally own the same version of the software requested, then you may not use this service.

You also agree to hold Buycheapsoft harmless for any damages that may occur for your failure to follow the U.S. Copyright and other laws as they pertain to the backup you are requesting. When you purchase any backup copy of software through Buycheapsoft, you agree to assume full liability in the event your actions are deemed illegal.

Buycheapsoft does not condone software piracy and has every intention of complying with the laws pertaining to the duplication of software. By placing an order for software, you declare and warrant that you are provided all material on an "AS IS" basis, and Buycheapsoft makes no representation or warranties of any kind. All title and intellectual property rights remain those of the respective content owner and any intellectual property protected by laws and treaties, without grant or rights to use, and not to copy or print. Any such documentation, serial number, activation services or material that is accompanying any software or document is provided by Buycheapsoft only as documentation or to ease installation in the event your originals are lost, with no basis of value. The laws of the State of Pennsylvania will govern this agreement.

4.2. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government or by the final determination of any state or federal court, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement.

5. Hold Harmless Agreement

5.1. By using this site you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buycheapsoft, its owners, its subsidiaries or affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents from any liability that occurs from your use of this site, its products or services. Such liability includes both civil actions and criminal prosecution. You have done your due diligence deciding to acquire any software or products and services and any accompanying materials for use by you.

6. Copyrights

6.1. Buycheapsoft disclaims any proprietary interest in copyrights, trademarks and names other than its own.

7. Pricing

7.1. All prices are in United States Dollars. Buycheapsoft reserves the right to change the pricing of the products at any time at our discretion without notice.

8. Refund Policy 8.1. Customers of Buycheapsoft are guaranteed a 100% refund if you are unable to successfully download and install the software on your computer. If you experience any problems, please contact us, and we will work closely with you to resolve them. In the event of an unresolvable issue, you'll get 100% money back.

9. Terms of Service

9.1. Buycheapsoft reserves the right to refuse to sell product or provide service to anyone, at its own discretion.

9.2. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. Buycheapsoft reserves the right to change, add, edit or delete any part of the Terms & Conditions posted on the Site from time to time at its sole discretion.

9.3. If you do not agree and understand the above mentioned Terms, you are not allowed to use this website and/or services from Buycheapsoft.
