What is OEM software ? The price seems too good to be true - is there a catch?

There is no catch - the software versions that we sell are OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) which means you will receive the installation CDs only (they do not come in their original retail packing and do not include the manual). We do guarantee that all programs are the 100% full working retail versions - no demos or academic versions! When you order, you will receive all materials required for a complete installation - or your money back! Why pay hundreds of dollars more when you can get exactly the same but OEM-CD? You don't have to pay that much for the fancy box and manuals.

What OEM stands for? What is the difference between OEM and full retail packaging?

OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer. Retail version comes in a fancy box, OEM does not. Retail version contains a printed manual. Customers who purchase the retail version are eligible for tech support and different rebates. But you can always come back to us and ask for any upgrades or new software. If we don't have it online, it doesn't mean we don't have it. We always assist our customers.

What do I get when I order something from you?

You get the CD(s) with the software in a padded disc envelope. You also get the activation key, serial number or CD key necessary to activate the software. Note, that you will not be able to register the software with the manufacturer and get their support because the first hand buyer has already registered. But we will do our best to support you any way possible. This includes providing different updates and service packs. However some updates will still be available from manufacturers, in fact most of them.

How long will shipping take?

Shipping takes from 5 to 14 days depending on country of destination. Some orders can take up to 3 weeks. Please be patient while waiting for your order. Because it is worth waiting for you software rather than paying hundreds more.

How much is shipping cost?

Shipping cost is $5.00 flat fee to anywhere in the world, for any amount of CD/DVD.

Do you have items not listed on your site?

If you are interested in a product that is not included into our list, please provide your contact information and product of interest (see ?Contact Us? section) and we will try our best to add the product you need.

How can I download software?

If you choose to buy software via download, We will send you a ftp site address via email you provide when you register, You can download your software from it. All software is ISO format.

Is the software also available in other language's besides english?

No, all software is only available in english language.

Is all the software the full version?

Yes, all software is the full retail version, we do NOT sell ripped or academic versions.

Can you provide a tracking number for the package ?

The orders are shipped by means of Priority Airmail.Unfortunately, this postal service does not provide the customers with any tracking information.

I ordered a large list of programs but received all of them on a few DVD's instead of cd's?

To reduce the risk of the package being taken by customs we compile large orders on DVD.

How is my order shipped?

Every order is guaranteed to be delivered in a bubble plastic padded envelope bag and undamaged, or we will resend your order for FREE! We ship orders via Priority Airmail. The parcel is delivered to your doorstep and you do not need to sign the receipt on the delivery.

Where do I get technical support?

We do not provide technical support. You can find the necessary information on the installation in the program files (usually called ?Read me?, FAQ or ?Help?)
